Ordering

Ordering from Zenith is very easy! Simply work with us to design garments that meet your needs and send us a list of the sizes and any personalization that you may require. A member of our sales team will then do the rest for you!

They will email you back (normally within 24hrs) a full set of job sheets and order confirmations for you to check over.

Once you are 100% happy with everything on the order confirmation sheets then send us the “OK” via email and as soon as your deposit has been received production will begin!

Deposits

To make things easier for our customers, for any orders over £2000 (net of VAT) we only require a 50% deposit to confirm your order.

For orders under £2000 (net of VAT) 100% balance payment is required prior to production.

Separate payment terms are available to customers on a case by case basis.

Delivery

Production usually takes 5 ½ weeks from confirmation of your order. Once the garment production takes place we will check through, measure and test each of your garments to ensure what you receive is absolutely perfect. This process usually takes 7 days. You will normally receive your garments within 45days of order confirmation.

Faster production is also available at the following surcharges:

4 week production (+20% of order value)
3 week production (+30% of order value)
2 week production (+40% of order value)

Delivery Charges

Deliveries will be made to your specified address within 45 days of the confirmation of your order. We utilize links with a number of courier companies in order to deliver the garments to you at the best possible prices.

Delivery charges for orders under £2000 are at 7.5% of the net order value.

Delivery charges for orders over £2000 are at 5.0% of the net order value.

The minimum charge for delivery is £10.00 net of VAT.

Minimum Quantities

The minimum quantity for our garments is 10 pieces per style. Men’s and Ladies garments count as different styles.

The minimum quantity for sports socks is 20 pairs.
The minimum quantity for bespoke bags is 50 items.

Garments are available under the minimum quantity at the following surcharges:

Garments 1-6 pieces (+30% of order value)
Garments 7-9pieces (20% of order value)
Sports Socks 1-10 pairs (+30% of order value)
Sports Socks 11-19 pairs (+20% of order value)
Sports Bags (all styles) 1-25pcs (+30% of order value)
Sports Bags (all styles) 26-49pcs (+25% of order value)
